Review: Murder at Morrington Hall

Image
Murder at Morrington Hall by Clara McKenna My rating: 5 of 5 stars What a fabulous first in series!! If you love historical cozy mysteries then you will definitely have to put it on your TBR list! In fact, skip the list and just read it NOW! The main character, Stella, has both beauty and brains. Although she is hesitant to even become even remotely friendly with the fiance forced upon her by her arrogant father, she quickly learns that Lyndy can be trusted and teams up with him to solve the murder that took place at Morrington Hall. I enjoyed the main characters and setting but most of all it was a well planned mystery that had enough twists and turns to keep me guessing until the very end! I thoroughly enjoyed this cozy mystery and look forward to reading more books in this series! View all my reviews

Review: Death Comes in Threes

Image
Death Comes in Threes by Kimberley O'Malley My rating: 4 of 5 stars A short and sweet cozy mystery! I was a little confused at the end but I'm guessing the author is leaving a cliff hanger for the next book! A light read and likeable characters, especially Addie and her dogs!! I'd love to read more about the Aunties as well. View all my reviews

Review: Saving Meghan

Image
Saving Meghan by D.J. Palmer My rating: 5 of 5 stars If you are looking for a fast paced book that keeps you guessing until the very end then this book is for you! There are two narrators who may or may not be reliable so there's always some doubt in the reader's mind as to who to believe. Lots of twists and turns! I definitely recommend this book. You won't be able to put it down until you know that Meghan is safe and sound! I received an ARC of this book from the publisher. View all my reviews
