Review: Left Fur Dead

Image
Left Fur Dead by J.M. Griffin My rating: 5 of 5 stars It's all bunny paws on deck at Fur Bridge Farm and right from the start the characters hop upon a murder!! Not only does this book contain a well planned mystery with lots of twists and turns, but the author has woven in a dash of whimsy with a talking bunny! This first book in the Jules and Bun Mystery series is fast paced and engaging. I definitely plan on reading the next book in this series! View all my reviews

Review: Murder with Cucumber Sandwiches

Image
Murder with Cucumber Sandwiches by Karen Rose Smith My rating: 4 of 5 stars Another sweet cozy in the Daisy's Tea Garden Mystery series! Daisy sure does have a lot on her plate (and I don't mean scones and cucumber sandwiches)!! A well planned whodunnit with a few surprises thrown it that will keep you guessing until the very end. Daisy and her aunt are likable and the recipes at the end will have you hunting for a nearby tea shop! I am looking forward to the next book in this series. View all my reviews

Review: The Invited

Image
The Invited by Jennifer McMahon My rating: 5 of 5 stars Fast paced and suspenseful, you won't want to stop reading once you start! I love a good haunted house story but what about the characters building a haunted house from the bottom up? Two former teachers, who decide to build their dream home in order to live in peace and quiet, find out the past does not want to stay buried as soon as they start using "haunted" items in the construction. A must read for Jennifer McMahon fans! View all my reviews

Image
The Coffee Club Mysteries: 6 Whodunits Are Brewing in Small-Town Kansas by Darlene Franklin My rating: 4 of 5 stars There's never a dull moment in this small Kansas town! And for some reason, coffee seems to be right in the middle of it all! You'll never know which cup of Joe will lead to another murder. I loved the characters, setting, and, of course, coffee theme! A must read for coffee and cozy mystery lovers!! View all my reviews
